About Waity
Waity answers one question: how long is the wait?
Hospitals, DMV offices, airports and border agencies already post wait times, each on its own page and in its own format. Waity reads those posts, checks how fresh they are, and turns them into one plain answer for people and for the AI agents that answer on their behalf.
What Waity promises
- No made-up numbers. If a place isn't posting a current wait, Waity says so and says why. A stale number is never shown as the current wait.
- Provenance on every wait. Each number says who posted it and how long ago.
- A usual wait only when the pattern is reliable. Waity learns each place's normal hours over weeks and shows a usual wait or a forecast only once it has enough history.
- Places, never people. Waity knows about places. It never stores who you are. See privacy.
Emergencies
For a medical emergency, call 911. ER wait times are estimates posted by hospitals, not a promise of when you will be seen, and the sickest patients are always seen first.
